## 1. General Provisions
TruckersAreHumansToo.eu is a grassroots initiative aimed at supporting professional truck drivers and improving their working conditions, dignity, and respect. The website serves informational and community purposes. We are not currently a formally registered foundation or association.
## 2. Plans for Registration
The founders will make every effort to formally register the organization as a foundation or association once sufficient support from truck drivers across the European Union is gathered. This means that after receiving a social mandate to represent the group of professional drivers, formal registration steps will be taken.
## 3. User Content and Publications
Users may publish their own stories and materials related to their professional experiences as truck drivers. However, naming specific companies or institutions is prohibited – such content will be removed. The founders will do their best to prevent this type of information from being presented. We cannot verify the accuracy of user content and assume no legal responsibility for it. The site does not issue certificates or confirm users’ professional qualifications.
## 4. Personal Data and User Accounts
Users may create an account by providing their name, surname, and email address. The account allows access to donation history and additional site features. Users can delete their account at any time by contacting us via the contact form or email. Personal data is not shared with third parties.
## 5. Volunteering
Users may sign up for volunteer activities. Participation is voluntary and unpaid. We do not offer compensation for involvement in the movement’s activities.
## 6. PDOI Research
Anonymous and voluntary surveys may be conducted on the site as part of the Professional Drivers’ Opinion Institute (PDOI), managed by TruckersAreHumansToo.eu. Anyone can participate. Results are published and may be used with mandatory source attribution:
“Research conducted by the Professional Drivers’ Opinion Institute (PDOI), managed by TruckersAreHumansToo.eu.”
## 7. Promotional Materials and Usage
All materials available in the “Get Involved” section may be downloaded for free and used to promote the movement’s ideas. They may not be modified, stripped of logos, or presented as one's own. Users must preserve the original message and cite the source.
## 8. Donations
All donated funds are non-refundable. If, due to reasons beyond the founders’ control, it is not possible to register the foundation or association, the funds will be donated to a charity supporting road accident victims or another cause selected by the founders, in line with the movement's mission.
## 9. Contact and Anonymity
Due to the sensitive nature of the topics and safety concerns, the personal data of the founders is not publicly disclosed. Once the organization is formally registered, the identities of those representing the initiative will be published in accordance with legal requirements. We can be contacted via the website's contact form or social media. We are open to conversations and suggestions.
## 10. Changes to the Terms of Use
Users will be notified of any changes to the terms of use in advance via an announcement on the website. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
