Truckers Are Humans Too — this is not just a slogan.
It's our voice. Our determination. Our fight for respect, for justice, for the basic human dignity every driver deserves.
We are not numbers in a system.
We are not GPS dots on a map.
We are not just an expense on a balance sheet.
We are human beings. And we will fight until we win.
Allowing 12-week trips without a real return home is modern slavery.
We demand that the maximum time spent on the road without returning to one's family be limited to 2–3 weeks.
Long stretches away from home are not only inhumane, but dangerous for road safety.
An exhausted, alienated driver becomes a danger to themselves and to others.
Our lives should not be sacrificed on the altar of profits.
We demand that every company and terminal accepting at least five trucks daily provides clean, accessible indoor restrooms.
No more Toi-Toi cabins, no more treating truckers like cattle.
Basic sanitary needs are the foundation of human dignity.
Showers are not a luxury — they are hygiene, health, and respect.
A shower may be reasonably paid for, but it must be accessible to every driver without exception.
If a company requires drivers to leave their cabs during loading or unloading, it must provide a proper waiting area.
Drivers are not trash to be left outside in the cold or rain.
A driver is responsible for safe transport — not for warehouse labor.
If a company expects drivers to load or unload, this must be formally stated and separately compensated.
No more unpaid forced labor!
Rest is not a privilege — it's a right.
We demand that drivers are guaranteed 11 hours of real rest per day, without pressure or manipulation from dispatchers or logistics planners.
We demand the construction of safe, monitored, well-lit parking lots with access to restrooms and showers every 100 km along major international routes.
Drivers must be able to rest without fearing for their safety or cargo.
Companies must not pressure or threaten drivers to skip mandatory breaks.
Taking a break is a legal right, not an option!
Refusing access to basic sanitary facilities must lead to serious financial penalties.
Companies must provide professional, paved loading and unloading areas.
Truckers are professionals, not intruders.
Drivers must be allowed to stay close to their cargo under professional supervision — not pushed outside the gates like criminals.
Transport is not teleportation.
Delays caused by events beyond a driver's control must not result in financial penalties or disciplinary actions.
We demand freedom from company pressure to break the law.
We want to drive safely and legally — without fear of losing our jobs.
Respect for drivers should be part of standard training for all logistics, warehouse, and security staff.
Every driver must have access to an anonymous, safe way to report abuse or mistreatment without fear of retaliation.
Abuses must be recorded and investigated!
Drivers must have access to basic healthcare and accident insurance — whether employed on contracts, freelance, or B2B terms.
No driver should be left unprotected!
Companies must take responsibility for their drivers.
Truckers are not 'entrepreneurs' — they are working professionals deserving full rights and protections.
We demand full transparency in employment contracts:
Everything on paper. Everything official. Everything honest.
We demand fairness:
A driver working in a specific country must be paid according to that country's wage standards.
No more exploiting Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, or Romanian drivers to undercut wages in richer countries.
One Europe = One standard = One respect.
We Demand Respect, Fairness, Safety, and a Life Beyond the Cab!
We will not stop. We will not be silenced. Our convoy will roll on — until our rights are recognized across all of Europe.
